Role Description The Freelance Legal Advisor will provide ongoing legal guidance to VetXplore Growth Solutions and its veterinary-industry clients in a full-time remote capacity.

Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to recruitment, digital services, and partnerships. The role involves advising on legal issues such as regulatory compliance, data protection, business contracts, and risk mitigation within the veterinary sector. The advisor will also support matters related to labor and employment law, including policies,



contracts, and dispute resolution.

Day-to-day work will include conducting legal research, preparing clear recommendations, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure legally sound business operations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with experience in business and commercial legal issues.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and agreements.
- Ability to assess and manage Legal Issues, providing practical Legal Advice tailored to business needs.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including employment contracts, workplace policies, and compliance requirements.
- Relevant legal degree and professional qualification; admission to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction is preferred.
- Experience advising clients in service-based or healthcare-related industries; familiarity with veterinary or medical sectors is an advantage.
- Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines.
