Role Description The Freelance Business Consultant will work full-time on-site in Bengaluru, supporting clients and partners in developing and scaling trading and brokerage-related business models.

Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their business objectives, and advising on appropriate fintech solutions such as trading platforms, CRM, payment gateways, and risk management setups. The consultant will analyze market trends and client requirements, prepare business proposals, and present tailored plans for affiliate, business partner,



and investment partner models. Daily activities also involve coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that client onboarding and implementation are aligned with agreed timelines.

The role requires active relationship-building, networking within the trading and fintech community, and providing ongoing consulting support to optimize clients’ business performance.

Qualifications

- Strong consulting and management consulting skills, with experience advising clients on business models, strategy, and operational improvements.
- Proficient analytical skills to assess market opportunities, financial projections, and business performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills for client meetings, presentations, proposal writing, and cross-functional coordination.
- Foundational knowledge in finance, preferably in trading, brokerage, or fintech domains.
- Proven ability to work on-site with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in fintech, brokerage, trading education, or financial services consulting is highly beneficial.
- Strong networking abilities and a client-focused mindset, with the capacity to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
