Metalia India is a design-led, customised metal facade company expanding its franchise network across India.

We are looking for a Franchise Coordinator – Design & Operations who will work closely with our franchise partners and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, design coordination, project execution, and ongoing support.

This role is ideal for an Interior Designer / Architect with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys coordination, project execution, and working with multiple stakeholders. What You'll Do

Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of new franchise partners.

Act as the primary coordination point for franchise partners and ensure timely support.

Coordinate with Design, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Accounts teams.

Understand project requirements and coordinate drawings, BOQs, material details, samples, specifications, and other project information.

Track project timelines, milestones, and pending actions to ensure timely execution.

Support franchise partners with product, design, operational, sales, and CRM-related queries.

Coordinate and facilitate training for franchise teams.

Maintain franchise trackers, documentation, SOPs, and communication records.

Identify challenges or delays and proactively coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.





Ensure franchise partners follow Metalia's processes, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

Build strong relationships with franchise partners and continuously improve their experience. What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Design Coordination, Project Coordination, or a related field.

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Positive understanding of interior design, drawings, materials, measurements, and project execution.

Basic proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp or similar design software.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.

Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing multiple projects/tasks.

Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.

A proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
