About Charlie

Charlie is an AI career agent. It scans over 60,000 live roles across a thousand company job boards every week, builds a detailed picture of each person from their own words, and emails them a single role only when it genuinely fits. One email, only when it's worth their time.

We are early, small, and the product is live with real users in India and the US.

The role

This is our first growth hire. You will own how Charlie reaches the people who need it.

- Find where job seekers already are and be practical there
- Talk to users every week and bring back what they actually need




- Write and publish the things that make people trust us
- Run small experiments, measure them honestly, and drop what doesn't work
- Own the numbers: signups, activation, retention

You will work directly with the founder. There is no growth team to inherit and no playbook to follow, which is the point.

What we're looking for

- 0 to 2 years of experience [Very Important]. We would rather build the instincts with you.
- You write clearly and you enjoy it
- You are genuinely curious about people and their careers
- You are comfortable being measured
- You can tell an honest product from a well-marketed one

We are not looking for a specific degree or a particular set of past employers.
