About the Role

We're building a deployment assurance and verification platform for industrial automation and Physical AI. We're looking for someone to own the technical direction—shape the architecture, drive the roadmap, and build alongside the founding team from day one. You'd be responsible for:

- Technical strategy and architectural decisions
- Core platform systems for verification and deployment
- Working directly with pilots and early adopters
- Defining what the product becomes Why This Matters

Industrial automation and robotics deployment remain brittle. Teams still rely on manual testing, incomplete commissioning handovers, and ad-hoc proof methods before go-live. We're building the software that changes that—starting with a monetizable product layer that solves real pain today, while working toward a longer-term vision in Physical AI systems. We have active pilots running now. This is not vaporware. Who We're Looking For

- Solid engineering or research background in robotics, autonomy, control systems, or related domains
- You've worked on hard technical problems—not just product features




- You care about building a company around those problems, not just individual contributions
- You think operationally: shipping matters, but correctness matters more
- Background from places like MIT, Stanford, CMU, TUM, Berkeley, or similar research/engineering depth is a signal, but we care more about what you've actually built Domain familiarity (controls, V&V;, commissioning, industrial automation) is a plus but not required if the core fundamentals are there.
