ErrorBite | PikuJobs I'm looking for someone who can help me take PikuJobs from something I've built into something we can scale together. PikuJobs is an AI-powered career acceleration platform with domain-aware intelligence, built under ErrorBite. I've personally been handling product development, technology, architecture, design, security, business logic, planning, and execution.

Now I'm looking for someone who can take ownership of the people, business, growth, and execution side. What I'm looking for

I'm looking for someone who can:

- Build and manage teams
- Recruit and coordinate people
- Develop business partnerships
- Drive sales and business development
- Build professional networks
- Lead marketing and growth initiatives
- Identify and pursue opportunities
- Manage day-to-day business operations
- Turn ideas and strategies into execution
- Help build the organisation around the product

You don't need to be a developer. In fact, technical development is not the primary requirement for this role.

What matters more is your ability to communicate, build relationships, take ownership, manage people, create opportunities, and get things done. Who would be a great fit?

The goal is not to hire someone who simply works for the company.
