Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and own core components of the agentic AI platform end-to-end

- Develop systems for LLM orchestration, agent tooling, and user-facing interfaces

- Translate complex financial workflows into reliable, automated AI-driven solutions

- Build systems enabling AI agents to process financial data safely, accurately, and auditably

- Rapidly ship features to production, gather user feedback, and iterate continuously

- Make foundational decisions on architecture, tooling, and infrastructure

- Contribute across the full tech stack (frontend, backend, data, ML/LLM, infrastructure)

- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and culture

- Collaborate closely with founders, customers, and future engineering hires





- Take ownership of problems end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment
