Responsibilities

Social Media Management:
Prepare and plan social media content in anticipation of our showroom opening.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Collaborate with the design team to create anticipation for our launch.
Showroom Inventory Preparation:
Assist in procuring and organizing showroom inventory in preparation for the opening.
Maintain accurate records of inventory arrivals and placement.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
Customer Interaction (Pre-Launch):
Engage with potential customers through various channels, providing information about our services and products.
Build excitement for our upcoming showroom opening.




Uphold our brand image and ensure a positive pre-launch customer experience.
Administrative Support:
Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and preparing for the showroom's operational needs.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the showroom is well-prepared and visually appealing for the fall opening.
Creative Input:
Contribute fresh and creative ideas to enhance the showroom's aesthetics and customer experience.
Stay updated on interior design trends to inform our pre-launch preparations.

Qualifications

A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
