Company Description The 45th President Donald Trump Appointee and Alumni Group is a private networking community for current and former political appointees and official campaign workers of the 45th President. The group is not formally affiliated with the President or any past or current campaign organization, and operates independently as a space for members to connect and share perspectives. It serves as a moderated setting where like-minded supporters can discuss current events, exchange ideas, and suggest improvements to community initiatives. Membership is selective and based on prior affiliation, with moderators reviewing requests to maintain an exclusive and respectful setting.
Role Description The Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Raurkela. This position oversees the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the alumni group, ensuring the community remains active, engaged, and aligned with its mission. Daily responsibilities include managing member communications, coordinating events and networking opportunities,



and supervising moderators and support staff. The Director will develop and implement policies for membership, content moderation, and community standards, while fostering a safe, inclusive, and qualified environment. The role also involves building partnerships, monitoring feedback, and reporting on community health and engagement metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in community management, member engagement, or alumni relations, with the ability to foster respectful dialogue and collaboration.
Background in organizational leadership, program management, or operations, including experience setting goals, managing projects, and supervising teams.
Strong communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and experience facilitating discussions or meetings.
