Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance software delivery pipelines.
Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new testing tools and techniques.
Ensure alignment of testing strategies with overall project and business objectives.
