Qualifications
PhD in HRM, with a robust record of teaching at the postgraduate and undergraduate levels.
Demonstrated research capabilities, including publications in peer-reviewed journals, participation in conferences, and engagement in funded or cooperative research projects.
Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to use up-to-date teaching tools and learning management systems effectively.
Experience in mentoring learners, supervising theses or projects, and contributing to curriculum development and academic governance.
Proven ability to collaborate with industry partners, contribute to training programs, and support placement or career development initiatives.
Commitment to ethical practices, learner-centric pedagogy, inclusivity, and alignment with Amity University’s values and culture.
Prior experience at the Associate Professor level or equivalent in a recognized institution, meeting regulatory norms (e.g., UGC/AICTE) for faculty appointments.
