Key responsibilities:
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
Coordinate with the sales team, production, dispatch, and logistics departments.
Process customer orders and maintain order records.
Update customer data in CRM/ERP systems.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and documentation.
Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and monthly sales updates.
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or sales.
