We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with robust expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning, and generative AI to build scalable solutions within the Azure ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will design forecasting models, develop explainable AI capabilities, and create conversational AI agents that enable business users to interact with enterprise data through natural language.
Key responsibilities include developing utilization and forecasting models using historical claims, member, and operational data; performing advanced feature engineering; validating models through back-testing and performance monitoring; and applying explainability techniques such as feature importance and driver attribution.
The role also involves building AI/LLM-powered agents using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and RAG architectures to support intelligent querying, document understanding, and insight generation.Candidates should have 5




8+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics with robust proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
Experience with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and MLOps is preferred.
Exposure to healthcare, insurance, claims analytics, or financial risk modeling will be a solid advantage.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with data engineering, business, and product teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, automate decision-making, and generate measurable business value.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights are essential
