Job Title: HR Manager

Experience: 5–10 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to manage overall HR operations and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in PF/ESIC, labour laws, employee management, and compliance handling.

Key Responsibilities
Handling PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & statutory compliances
Ensuring compliance with Labour Laws and company regulations
Managing HR operations, attendance, payroll coordination & documentation
Recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement activities
Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Preparing compliance reports and coordinating audits
Maintaining HR records and legal documentation

Requirements
5–10 Years of HR experience
Robust knowledge of PF, ESIC & Labour Laws
Positive communication & leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office & HR documentation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
