Position: Senior Education Head (Academic Head)

Location: Surat

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall academic vision and operational excellence of the academy.
Build and manage high-performing academic teams.
Develop growth strategies to improve admissions and student success.
Ensure high-quality teaching standards and faculty performance.
Drive innovation in curriculum planning and academic delivery.
Establish SOPs, quality benchmarks, and performance monitoring systems.
Report directly to the management and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Master's/B.Ed./M.Ed./MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in the education sector.
Proven leadership and academy management experience.
Excellent communication, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
Robust decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
