Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,
or other Technical disciplines preferred.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment/Technology Hiring.
Experience in lateral hiring for IT and technology roles is mandatory.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and
other recruitment platforms.
Strong experience in candidate screening and interview coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
Good understanding of technology hiring and technical skill sets.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a quick-paced
setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA,
Product, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity roles.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
Experience working in consulting, IT services, product, or technology-driven
organization.
