Role Description

Languages / Technology: Aware of Linux & SQL and also aware of Reporting Tools. RDBMS : Can write complex SQL queries for MS SQL / Oracle DB. Linux: Should be well versed with Linux commands. WebLogic: it will be added advantage.

Good knowledge on Linux & Windows servers.
Complex SQL Query writing.
WebLogic /Tomcat knowledge will be added advantage.
Preferable if should have worked on LOS / LMS of Ebix (Indus) vendor, FinnOne application of Nucleus or have worked on Application from Pennant Technology.
Should have hands on Experience of Implementation OR Supporting LOS / LMS /API Applications.
Knowledge of PLSQL would be plus
Robust analysis skills required.

Job Profile / Responsibilities





Production/UAT Application Support for all Retail Application.
Should work on closure on VAPT, Appsec & any Infosec points.
Plan production activities.
Should be valuable at issue analysis.
Troubleshoot minor and major system problems in a timely manner and escalate when necessary.
Should liaise & follow with vendor for issue tracking & closure.
Valuable team player and should be able to work across multiple groups and should be able to work in demanding environment.
Well organized and consistently delivers on commitments.
