Key Accountabilities
Design, develop, and implement robust test plans and test cases tailored to product requirements.
Automate testing workflows using industry-standard frameworks and best coding practices.
Take the lead in coordinating and executing both automated and manual testing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development and product to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.
Detect, document, and track bugs effectively through their lifecycle.
Continuously improve existing QA processes and pioneer recent testing strategies.
Ensure testing efforts align with industry best practices and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
Minimum 2 years of experience writing automation scripts using Robot Framework.
Solid understanding and experience in Selenium WebDriver for UI testing.
Solid programming/scripting skills in Java, C#, or Python (at least 2 years).

Desirable Skills
Experience working with MongoDB.
Understanding of object-oriented PHP concepts is advantageous.
Proficient with Git for version control.
Bonus: Familiarity with JIRA, JQL, and Jenkins.
