We're hiring a Business Development Executive at Markwiz.
Markwiz is a full-service creative and digital agency in Bengaluru (Whitefield). Branding, websites, social media, SEO, paid ads, content, video — we do end-to-end marketing for clients across real estate, education, jewellery, hospitality and more. We're a tight team of eight, which means you get real responsibility from day one, not a training bench.
What you'll do:
Build and work prospect lists across our target verticals
Reach out via LinkedIn, email, calls and walk-ins — whatever gets the meeting
Pitch Markwiz in client meetings (with the founder initially, then on your own)
Follow up relentlessly and move deals to closure
Keep a clean pipeline — every lead tracked, every follow-up on time
Who you are:
Smart. You pick things up quick and don't need to be told twice.
Charming. People enjoy talking to you.
Persuasive. You can move a conversation toward a yes without being pushy.
Hungry. You want to earn through incentives, not just collect a salary.




Fluent in English. Kannada and/or Hindi is a big plus.
Unshaken by rejection. Nine "no"s before a "yes" doesn't rattle you.
What you don't need:
An MBA. Agency experience. Years in sales. Freshers welcome. If you've sold anything before — college fests, part time gigs, the family business — we want to hear about it.
What you get:
₹18,000–₹25,000/month fixed (based on interview) + uncapped incentives on every deal you close
Direct mentorship from the founder — sales, pitching, negotiation, how an agency runs
Quick growth: BD Executive → BD Manager as you prove closures
