End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche and critical technology positions.
Build solid talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Leaders, Delivery Managers, and Business Heads.
Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends.
Advise hiring managers on talent availability and recruitment strategies.
Ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
