Executive

Procurement with 7 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing procurement. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiation, and material planning experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Float RFQs, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
Source and develop suppliers for manufacturing components and materials.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance teams for seamless procurement operations.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply-related issues.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly procurement MIS reports.
Execute procurement activities through ERP/SAP systems and maintain accurate procurement records.
Candidates with end-to-end procurement experience across multiple commodities are preferred.
Commodity-specific procurement specialists are not preferred.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and meet production timelines in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting.
