Founder’s Office Intern

Shahi Serve is a Indian food brand bringing authentic Indian flavours into the modern ready-to-eat world. We’re building a consumer brand from the ground up — product, packaging, content, marketing, operations, distribution and everything in between.

And we’re looking for someone who wants to be way more than an intern.

If you’re curious, resourceful, obsessed with getting things done and want a front-row seat to how a startup is actually built, this could be your thing. ? What You'll Do

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll work directly with the founders across multiple parts of the business.

Your work could include

Research & Strategy: Research markets, competitors, trends, customers and new opportunities. Turn random internet rabbit holes into useful insights.

Marketing & Growth: Assist with campaigns, influencer collaborations, social media ideas, launches and growth experiments.

Content: Help brainstorm hooks, reels, campaigns, memes and ideas that make people stop scrolling.

Founder’s Projects: Work directly with the founder on interesting problems

Data & Analysis: Build simple reports, analyse numbers and help the founders make better decisions.

Execution: Convert ideas into action. Research → plan → execute → learn → repeat.

Basically, you’ll get to see almost every side of building a consumer startup. And the best part - you can structure your internship according to your interests/learning objectives. ? Who Are We Looking For?

You don't need to have a perfect resume.

We care much more about how you think and how quickly you learn.





You could be a great fit if you:

Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree

Are naturally curious and love figuring things out

Have strong communication and research skills

Are comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, presentations and basic data analysis

Have a good eye for content, branding and what’s trending

Can take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a plan

Are comfortable talking to people — founders, vendors, creators, customers, everyone

Don't need someone constantly telling you what to do

Are willing to get your hands dirty and actually execute

Have a “let me figure it out” attitude Bonus points if you:

Have worked at a startup before

Have built something yourself — a project, page, business, community, anything

Understand social media and creator culture

Know your way around Canva, Notion, ChatGPT, Sheets or other productivity tools

Are a foodie and have strong opinions about what makes Indian food actually good ? Why Shahi Serve?You won't be stuck doing intern busywork.

You’ll work directly with the founders and get exposure to real decisions, real problems and real consequences.

You could spend Monday researching competitors, Tuesday helping plan a campaign, Wednesday visiting a vendor, Thursday analysing sales and Friday figuring out why a reel flopped.

Stipend: 7.5-12k per month (decided based on candidate's fit)
