Role description In this role, you will work on the day‑to‑day running and growth of an AI training & automation startup. This role is ideal for someone who wants early exposure to how an AI/agentic‑AI company operates: from client work and product development to content, operations, and partnerships.

You will see end‑to‑end how AI is applied in real businesses (from productivity tools such as Claude / Copilot / ChatGPT to emerging agentic AI systems), and contribute to building the next phase of our offerings.

Key responsibilities

- Support day‑to‑day operations: documentation, basic coordination, and simple reporting.
- Assist in preparing AI training and consulting material (research, slides, examples, workflow descriptions).
- Help with community and communication activities.
- Conduct light market and user research.
- Join internal and selected client calls, with the opportunity to contribute more as you grow.
- Preferably Chennai‑based: occasional support for in‑person meetings.





Qualifications

- Recent graduate (Engineering / AI / IT / CS preferred, but not mandatory)
- Robust written and spoken communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership
- Interest in AI and how it is used in real businesses
