SceneZone is a live-entertainment and gig marketplace platform connecting artists, event organizers, and corporates across India - from talent booking to end-to-end event execution.

About the Role

We're hiring for our Founder's Office - a generalist role for someone who wants direct exposure to how a startup runs, working closely with the founding team across content, event operations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media posting across SceneZone's pages
- Create basic designs/edits using Canva and AI tools
- Handle event operations end-to-end - planning, vendor and artist coordination, on-ground execution
- Identify and onboard corporate partner companies for annual events, workshops, and offsites




- Pitch and empanel SceneZone as preferred event partner with corporate clients

Requirements

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of Canva; comfort using AI tools
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends for live events
- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi-NCR
- Prior internship/experience in events, content, or BD is a plus but not mandatory
