Role Description

This role involves sourcing and engaging high-calibre domain experts across professional fields for AI training and evaluation projects, from identifying prospects and outreach to managing initial conversations. You'll coordinate credential verification workflows, maintain accurate records, and support smooth onboarding of experts into active projects. Day-to-day work includes designing and executing outreach campaigns; maintaining relationships with experts and partner organizations, and collaborating closely with the founders on strategic talent initiatives, along with tracking key metrics, preparing brief reports, and supporting new initiatives around expert staffing and project delivery.





Qualifications

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills: explicit written/verbal communication, stakeholder management, comfort engaging senior experts
- Experience with talent sourcing or outreach (identifying candidates, screening calls, coordinating recruitment/partnerships)
- Strong organisational skills: attention to detail, documentation, workflow coordination, basic project management
- Comfort with digital tools and data handling: CRMs/databases, productivity software, structured verification procedures
- Interest in AI, technology, or expert-led knowledge work; ability to quickly grasp new domains
- 2+ years in a management or people-facing role (minimum); prior HR experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with AI training/data platforms like Mercor, Turing, or Scale AI is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (business, communications, or technology beneficial but not required)
