About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer with strong Yellow.ai experience to design, build, integrate, and deploy conversational AI solutions for enterprise customer service use cases.

You will work closely with engineering teams and customers to build voice and chat experiences on the Yellow.ai platform , develop agentic AI workflows, integrate conversational solutions with enterprise systems, and support deployments from initial development through production.

This is a customer-facing engineering role where you’ll translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready conversational experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Design and develop voice bots and chatbots using Yellow.ai
- Build conversational flows, intents, entities, prompts, workflows, and agentic AI experiences
- Configure and deploy solutions using the Yellow.ai platform
- Integrate Yellow.ai solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs and webhooks
- Work with IVR, telephony, CRM, ticketing, and other enterprise systems
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Work directly with customers during solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot conversational, integration, and production issues




- Support solutions throughout the complete lifecycle — from POC and development to production deployment and support
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve conversational AI experiences

What You’ll Bring

- 1–3 years of experience in software development / conversational AI
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Yellow.ai
- Robust understanding of Yellow.ai’s conversational AI platform and workflows
- Experience building chatbots and/or voice bots
- Understanding of NLP, conversational AI, and voice-first systems
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and enterprise integrations
- Familiarity with IVR, telephony, CRM, contact-centre, or customer-service technologies
- Ability to work directly with customers and understand their business requirements
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work across the entire solution lifecycle — design → development → integration → deployment → production support

Mandatory Requirement

- Candidates must have hands-on experience working with Yellow.ai.
- Candidates without Yellow.ai experience will not be considered for this role.
