Forward-Deployed AI Engineer

Location: Delhi NCR

CTC: ₹16–18 LPA

Role:

Looking for a hands-on AI Engineer / AI Automation qualified who can work directly with business teams, identify repetitive workflows, build practical AI solutions, train users, and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with departments like Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, Quality, Plant & Logistics.
- Identify processes where AI/automation can save time and reduce errors.
- Build and deploy LLM/RAG, AI agents, document automation and workflow solutions.
- Integrate AI with APIs, ERP, CRM, email, Excel, WhatsApp and other existing systems.
- Train non-technical teams in Hindi & English and ensure sustained adoption.
- Measure impact through hours saved, cycle-time reduction, accuracy and productivity.




- Establish practical AI usage, data-security and governance guidelines.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs/GenAI, AI automation and APIs.
- Good Python, SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience building solutions that are actually used in production, not just POCs/hackathons.
- Proven ability to train and enable non-technical users.
- Strong communication and change-management skills.
- Manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, distribution or other physical-operations experience is preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi & English.
- Comfortable with regular travel and working at plant/field locations.
