Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. This role includes supervising service teams, assigning duties, monitoring adherence to service standards, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely, high-quality food service. The supervisor manages customer interactions, resolves service issues, and supports guest satisfaction through attentive, professional service.





Additional responsibilities include monitoring hygiene and safety compliance, managing inventory and basic ordering, assisting with training of team members, and supporting implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.

Candidates should possess expertise in Service Standards and Food Service, with a focus on quality, hygiene, and efficient operations.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to manage guest interactions and coordinate with internal teams.

Relevant experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.

Understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and basic inventory control.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational requirements.

Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, maintain professionalism, and support a collaborative team culture.
