Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Floor Manager to lead floor operations at our premier Game Zone located in Pacific Mall, Mansarovar, Jaipur.

As the Floor Manager, you will oversee daily floor activities, drive customer engagement, manage shift staff, maintain arcade/VR/bowling machinery operational efficiency, and ensure visitors experience top-notch hospitality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Floor Operations & Guest Experience: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness, ensure seamless machine/game operation, and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Manage floor staff, cashiers, and arcade attendants. Create shift rosters, conduct daily huddles, and train staff on customer service standards.
- Revenue & Sales Targets: Drive sales of gaming cards, package top-ups, party bookings, and promotional offers to meet monthly targets.
- Machine & Facility Maintenance: Perform daily checks on arcade machines, VR gear, and attractions; coordinate with the technical team for quick troubleshooting of faulty hardware.
- Inventory & Cash Management: Oversee redemption counter stock, ticket/prize inventory, daily cash register closing, and reconciliation.
- Events & Group Hosting: Coordinate and execute birthday parties, corporate outings,



and school visits hosted at the venue.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, child security standards, and emergency preparedness on the floor.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–3 years of floor management experience in a Game Zone, FEC (Family Entertainment Centre), Multiplex, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or Retail Mall setting.
- Mandatory Training: Willingness to undergo initial mandatory training in Kalyan, Mumbai.
- Communication: Good spoken English and fluent Hindi to interact with mall visitors, families, and team members.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays (peak traffic hours).
- Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, cash handling, and basic technical troubleshooting skills for gaming equipment.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
