Role Description The Financial Controller at Accor in Lucknow is responsible for overseeing all financial operations at the property, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This full-time, on-site role involves monitoring revenue and expenses, ensuring accurate accounting records, and preparing regular financial statements for management review.

Controller collaborates with operational and departmental leaders to analyze financial performance, optimize costs, and support strategic decision-making.



Day-to-day tasks include managing internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, coordinating audits, and supervising the finance team to maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal control systems.

Experience with ERP or hotel management systems, and advanced skills in Excel and other financial tools.

Knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; skilled certifications (such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance) are an advantage.

Relevant experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is highly beneficial.
