Role Description The Financial Advisor will work on-site in Bengaluru South in a full-time capacity, helping clients understand and select suitable insurance and investment products aligned with their financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, assessing their financial needs, and preparing personalized financial and retirement plans.

The role involves explaining ABSLI’s product offerings, including protection, investment, and retirement solutions, and guiding clients through the decision-making and documentation process.

The Financial

Advisor will monitor client portfolios,



provide ongoing advisory support, and recommend adjustments based on changing financial circumstances and market conditions. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and design tailored solutions.
- Candidates should have solid Finance and Investments skills to analyze products, explain risk–return profiles, and support portfolio decisions.
- Candidates should demonstrate expertise in Retirement Planning to help clients build long-term, tax-efficient retirement strategies.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and maintain client relationships.
- Candidates should be proficient in basic analytical tools and MS Office, with the ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate client records.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in financial planning or insurance advisory are an advantage.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services, along with knowledge of local market dynamics in Bengaluru South, will be beneficial.
