Financial Analyst – Accounts & Costing

Location: Head Office (Gurgaon) | Experience: 2–4 years | Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support costing, departmental P&L; analysis, MIS reporting, and financial operations. This role ensures financial accuracy, drives data-backed insights, and strengthens decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare departmental P&L; statements, costing sheets, and variance analysis.
- Build and maintain financial dashboards (costing, KPIs, revenue/margins).
- Prepare monthly MIS reports with clear insights.
- Support month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Track cash flow, vendor payments, expenses, and outstanding receivables.




- Maintain accuracy of ERP financial data, ledgers, and documentation.
- Organise data for GST/TDS filings, audits, and compliance.
- Work with internal teams to gather financial inputs and resolve queries.
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities and contribute to financial planning.

Must-Have Skills

- Robust understanding of costing, P&L;, and financial metrics.
- Hands-on experience with MIS dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP/Zoho Books.
- Good numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to simplify financial data for non-finance stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to SaaS/ERP/Tech financial operations.
- Knowledge of GST/TDS workflows.
- Experience in budgeting/forecasting or business finance.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

CFA Level 1/2 preferred (not mandatory)
