About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to join our team at Bambinos.live - Future School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing strategic insights through accurate financial reporting. This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Finance

Specialist will play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making processes that drive the company's growth and stability.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles

Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance including PF, TDS, GST, and other relevant regulations

Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a agile environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial transactions,



including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations

Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, TDS, GST, and other applicable laws

Prepare and analyze financial reports, management information systems (MIS), and dashboards for internal use and decision-making

Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial data and insights

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance checks

Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and identify opportunities to optimize financial processes

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
