About The Role We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team at Nians. In this role, you will support the finance manager and team in executing daily financial procedures, managing account records, and preparing financial reports.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with audits, reviews, taxation, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial standards and regulations. Qualifications Minimum of 1+ years of proven work experience in a finance or accounting role.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Guide fiscal procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.

Collaborate on audits, reviews, and tax preparation activities, providing necessary documentation and insights.

Offer financial advice and insights to managers and internal departments to facilitate informed decision-making.

Implement procedures to improve financial and business processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Document financial processes for reference and compliance purposes.

Manage tasks related to bank reconciliations, TDS, GST filings, and other statutory obligations.
