Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head – Finance & Banking to manage the complete finance function, banking relationships, working capital, export finance, taxation, and MIS for our 100% export-oriented business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
- Handle working capital management and banking relationships.
- Manage Import LC opening, Export LC, export invoices, bill discounting and factoring.
- Oversee GST filing, GST refunds and statutory compliance.
- Manage export receivables, collections, cash flows and fund requirements.
- Prepare and monitor MIS, cash-flow statements and financial reports.
- Manage bank limits, working capital facilities and financial negotiations.




- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants and internal teams.
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and timely reporting.

Candidate Profile
- CA preferred; CMA/other relevant qualifications may be considered.
- 15+ years of experience in end-to-end finance management.
- Solid experience in export finance, banking and working capital management.
- Hands-on knowledge of LCs, export documentation, bill discounting, factoring and GST refunds.
- Experience in manufacturing/export/FMCG will be preferred.
- Strong banking relationships, negotiation and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
