We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Executive to support financial operations, reporting, and client communications. Join our team to thrive in a collaborative, US-inspired corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including recording journal entries, invoicing, reconciliations, month-end books closing and financial reporting using ERPs.

Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts with advanced Excel proficiency.

Communicate effectively with US clients via email, calls, and presentations, ensuring explicit and professional interactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapting to US corporate culture and agile working styles.

Support audits, compliance, and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements





MBA Finance or Any Finance Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in MS Office, with robust expertise in Excel formulas/functions and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting.

Working knowledge of ERPs such as SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho, or Tally etc.

Excellent spoken and written English skills for client-facing communication.

Flexible with working hours to accommodate US time zones to an extent (i.e. few hours of overlap during US eastern business hours).

Ability to embrace US corporate culture, including teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.

This is work from office role and the work timings will be between 12 noon to 10 pm.
