Qualification

- B.Com (Mandatory); M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Hospital Finance , Accounts and Insurance/TPA operations

- Mandatory experience in Clinical Establishment Act (CEA) registration, renewal and compliance for healthcare/hospital setups
- Sound working knowledge of AP, AR, GL and FA (Fixed Assets) modules

- Knowledge of hospital billing systems, GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements

Job Summary Revanta Hospital is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead its core Finance function — Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA) — along with hospital insurance/TPA operations.

The role owns accurate financial reporting, effective revenue cycle management, timely insurance claim settlement, and ensures the hospital remains compliant with the Clinical Establishment Act and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. (

so this role owns that compliance link, not just the accounting).

Registration renewals, published tariff schedules, and asset/audit documentation under CEA all route through this role, making Finance a direct partner in the hospital's regulatory standing — not a downstream function.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, manage payment cycles, and reconcile vendor accounts.

- Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage patient billing, insurance/TPA receivables, collections and ageing analysis.

- General Ledger (GL):



Maintain journal entries, drive month-end/year-end close, and prepare financial statements.

- Fixed Assets (FA): Maintain the asset register, capitalization, depreciation schedules and periodic physical verification.

- Handle insurance and TPA claim processing, pre-authorizations, approvals, follow-ups and settlements
- Ensure the hospital's compliance with the Clinical Establishment Act (registration, renewals, documentation) and other applicable healthcare regulatory and statutory compliances

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and monthly management reports
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, insurance companies, TPAs, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor receivables, payables, vendor payments, and outstanding insurance claims
- Supervise finance and billing staff to ensure operational efficiency
- Support management with financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives
