About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Expert – Non-IT Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates across various Non-IT industries while building and maintaining a solid talent pipeline to support business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates based on job specifications.
Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, experience, and role suitability.
Build, maintain, and regularly update candidate databases and talent pipelines.




Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring requirements.
Ensure timely submission of quality candidate profiles.
Track sourcing activities and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across various Non-IT industries.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment or candidate sourcing.
Experience sourcing candidates across one or more of the following functions is preferred:
Sales
Customer Service
Healthcare
Education
Retail
Operations
Manufacturing
BFSI
Other Non-IT functions

Skills
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Hands-on experience using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work within deadl
