Eastern Estate is looking for a Senior General Manager – Sales to own the complete sales lifecycle for our Diamond City project across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who can run the entire engine, from generating the first lead to collecting the final rupee.

What You'll Own (End-to-End):

Pre-Sales & Lead Generation
Drive lead generation through marketing, digital marketing, hoardings, events, and every channel that works
Build and execute the marketing-to-sales pipeline alongside your team, with full company support
Plan and run on-ground activations and events to fill the funnel

Sales & Site Visits
Organize and lead site visits for the team and prospects
Convert prospects into buyers, you and your team close the deal
Manage the full sales team and their performance

Post-Sales & Collections
Own the post-sale cycle with the CRM team




Drive not just token collection but full recovery of the complete sale amount from each customer
Ensure a smooth handover and closure on every transaction

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading real estate sales end-to-end (residential projects preferred)
Solid command over marketing, digital lead-gen, and channel-driven sales
A closer who also builds and leads high-performing teams
Someone comfortable owning revenue targets and collections, not just bookings
Willingness to be based in / operate across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack

What We Offer:
Salary: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month
Attractive incentives and commissions on top - your earning is tied to your performance
Direct ownership of a flagship project and reporting to the Project Head / CEO.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
