focuses on transforming complex and fragmented data into meaningful business
insights through robust reporting frameworks and standardized KPIs. It ensures
data quality, governance, and consistency across all reporting platforms while
driving automation to improve operational efficiency. The position works closely
with Operations, MIS, Account Management, and Leadership teams to understand
business requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
Additionally, the role leads reporting initiatives, mentors BI specialists,
and promotes a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven
decision-making across the organization.
