Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating recent business opportunities and achieving sales targets for premium aluminium system windows and doors. The role involves developing relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, channel partners, and end customers while providing technical guidance throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate should possess robust sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a basic understanding of architectural building products.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors, interior designers, and homeowners.
Conduct regular market visits to generate enquiries.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Sales & Customer Management
Meet monthly,



quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable aluminium window and door systems.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Coordinate site visits for measurements and technical discussions.
Prepare and present quotations.
Follow up quotations until order closure.
Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines.

Relationship Management

Develop long-term relationships with:
Architects
Builders
Developers
Consultants
Fabricators
Channel Partners
Interior Designers
Institutional Clients

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

CRM & Reporting
Record all enquiries and customer interactions in the CRM.
Maintain updated sales pipeline reports.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
