Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist with 7+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for payroll administration, statutory compliance, payroll audits, salary processing, and employee query resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration
Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
Monitor employee attendance, biometric data, and leave records.
Process payroll inputs, salary calculations, deductions, and perks.
Compile monthly attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Prepare payroll reports, income tax reports, and statutory filings.
Conduct payroll audits and ensure compliance with payroll policies.
Maintain employee payroll, attendance, and leave records.
Prepare and distribute monthly payroll expense reports.
Support internal and quarterly audit activities.

Statutory Compliance




Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory requirements.
Generate and process PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, and LWF payments and filings.
Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefit, and TDS.
Resolve employee queries related to PF, ESIC, and payroll compliance.

Salary Management
Maintain employee salary records, including advances, leave, TDS, and deductions.
Perform salary cost analysis.
Generate and issue Form 16 annually.
