Key Accountabilities
Define and own the strategic partnerships roadmap for the MobiLytix portfolio.
Identify platform capability gaps and drive build versus partner decisions aligned to long-term platform strategy defined by Principal PM, MobiLytix Modernisation.
Establish and govern technology partnerships that strengthen platform extensibility and competitiveness.
Develop transitional gap-fill partnerships to enhance RFP competitiveness while internal capabilities mature.
Ensure all partner integrations align with platform abstraction principles and architectural guardrails.
Collaborate with Principal PM, MobiLytix Modernisation and Module PMs to prioritise ecosystem-driven capability acceleration.
Define product-level integration patterns and packaging for partner-enabled capabilities.
Establish transparent evaluation criteria and success metrics for all strategic partnerships.
Provide product strategy guidance to Business Development on ecosystem positioning without owning commercial execution.

Mandatory Skills
7+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, platform strategy or ecosystem product leadership experience.




Demonstrated experience defining and governing strategic technology partnerships within complex product ecosystems.
Proven experience making build versus partner decisions aligned to multi-year platform strategy.
Solid understanding of enterprise software integration models, APIs and ecosystem architecture principles.
Experience supporting enterprise RFP positioning from a product capability perspective.
Ability to evaluate technical feasibility at a high level without owning engineering implementation.
Robust strategic thinking and commercial judgment.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional product and engineering teams at senior levels.

Desirable Skills
Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake or Databricks.
Exposure to martech, decisioning platforms, loyalty or engagement ecosystems.
Experience integrating GenAI, AI tooling or third-party creative platforms.
Experience in telecom, retail or CPG technology ecosystems.
Experience working in global enterprise SaaS environments.
Experience contributing to ecosystem or platform positioning in analyst or industry forums.
