Role Description The Students Volunteer – Chennai role is a full time hybrid position, with most activities taking place on-site in Chennai and some tasks that can be completed from home. Volunteers will assist with event coordination, including setting up venues, guiding participants and visitors, and supporting registration and check-in processes.



They will help manage crowd flow, distribute materials, respond to attendee queries, and coordinate with the organizing team to ensure smooth execution of festival sessions and performances. Remote responsibilities may include online promotion, coordination over digital platforms, and assisting with documentation or feedback collection. Volunteers are expected to follow schedules, communicate clearly with team members, and uphold the festival’s values of inclusivity, safety, and respect.
