WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior PPC Specialist to lead and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in managing large-scale PPC campaigns while delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, and creatives.
Track conversions using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking tools.
Generate detailed performance reports and present actionable insights.
Collaborate with SEO, Content, Design,



and Development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, Google Ads updates, and platform policies.
Mentor junior PPC team members and contribute to campaign strategy.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation
Solid knowledge of keyword planning, bidding strategies, and budget optimization
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
