Role & responsibilities The role will primarily be responsible for:
End-to-end IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, allocation, tracking, recovery, and disposal.
Maintaining accurate asset inventory and ensuring timely reconciliation and audits.
Coordinating with vendors, and internal stakeholders for asset planning and fulfilment.
Managing employee asset allocation, returns, and value recovery for lost, damaged, or non-returned assets.
Preparing periodic asset reports and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Support internal and external asset audits.
Maintain documentation related to procurement, disposal, and asset movement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
36 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
Robust analytical and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel.
Robust knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and inventory control.
Experience working with ITSM/ITAM tools or similar platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills.
ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
Male candidates preferred
Should be fluent in Kannada
