Key Responsibilities: Compliance Management Strategy - Define and implement compliance frameworks, checklists, and organizational policies.
Manage regulatory projects end-to-end, including lifecycle management of regulatory licenses.
Act as a regulatory liaison, facilitating discussions, submissions, and presentations.
Track regulatory developments and assess business impact.
Provide compliance support to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal/external teams for drafting and review of compliance documentation. Licensing & Regulatory Support - Handle licensing applications and conduct regulatory research.
Ensure compliance with RBI, NPCI, KYC, PSO regulations, PMLA, IT Act, Meity, cross-border payments, and Aadhaar Act.
Collaborate with InfoSec teams for cybersecurity compliance and audits.

Process

Performance & Audit - Own audit processes to ensure compliance adherence.
Analyze compliance data trends, detect gaps, and escalate issues.
Anticipate regulatory changes and provide recommendations for business adjustments.
Support internal compliance for people/processes in coordination with HR and vigilance functions.
