Key Responsibilities
Perform quality checks of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, and internal quality standards.
Conduct routine laboratory testing and maintain QC records/documentation.
Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.
Handle quality deviations, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Purchase departments regarding quality-related issues.
Maintain calibration records and ensure proper usage of testing equipment.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly QC reports.
Assist during internal and external quality audits.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the plant.
Support continuous improvement activities to reduce quality issues and wastage.

Additional Responsibilities for Sr. QC Executive
Lead and supervise QC team members and shift activities.
Review QC reports and approve test results.
Provide training to junior staff on quality procedures and standards.




Analyze quality trends and suggest process improvements.
Coordinate with management during audits and compliance reviews.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in:
Food Technology
Chemistry
Microbiology
Biotechnology
B.Sc / M.Sc
Or related field

Required Skills
Knowledge of FMCG quality standards and documentation.
Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and FSSAI guidelines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Attention to detail and ability to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in FMCG manufacturing industry preferred.
Ability to handle lab equipment and quality testing procedures.
Team handling experience preferred for Sr. Executive role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
