Fellowship Stipend: ₹1,50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Pre-anaesthetic evaluation and optimization of spine surgery patients
Administration of anaesthesia for elective and emergency spine procedures
Intraoperative haemodynamic management and patient safety
Postoperative pain management and critical care support
Participation in multidisciplinary spine team discussions
Contribution to departmental academic and quality improvement activities
