Experience Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Agency Partner Channel (APC)
Mandatory experience in the Health Insurance industry
Proven experience in handling agency distribution and driving business through agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing Agency Leaders/Business Managers for the Health Insurance vertical.
Drive agency expansion by identifying and appointing quality agency partners.
Build and maintain robust relationships with agency leaders to maximize productivity and business growth.
Ensure achievement of recruitment, activation, and business targets.
Coach, mentor,



and develop agency leaders to improve team performance.
Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and business operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Agency Partner Channel within the Health Insurance industry.
Solid understanding of agency recruitment, partner development, and business acquisition.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Graduation is mandatory.
